1. Eligibility for Exchange

Exchanges are accepted only under the following circumstance:

✅ Damaged Item – If the product arrives damaged due to shipping issues or manufacturing defects.

🚫 No Returns Accepted:

  • Returns are not permitted for any reason.

  • Change of mind or dissatisfaction after purchase.

  • Customized, engraved, or personalized jewellery.

  • Minor color differences caused by screen/display settings.

  • Products damaged due to mishandling after delivery.

2. How to Request an Exchange

To initiate an exchange, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery via WhatsApp at +91 8688479975.
Please provide a complete 360° unboxing video, clearly showing:

  • The unopened package,

  • Shipping label and address,

  • The damaged product.

3. Exchange Shipping Instructions

  • Once your request is approved, we will share the shipping process details.

  • Customers may be required to self-ship the item in its original packaging, along with all tags and certificates.

  • If the damage is due to a seller error, shipping costs will be covered by us.

4. Exchange Terms

  • If eligible, you may exchange the damaged item.

  • All exchanges are subject to product availability.
